Cherry barb with worms??

I have a bunch of cherry barbs. This one started to look weird. Today it had 5 tenticles protruding from its body. Any idea what they are

camallanus or capillaria thread worms. You need to treat all your tanks with Levamisole or another product that treats thread/ round worms in fish. You normally treat them once a week for 3 weeks or as stated on the directions.
