Blood worm, mosquito larva, and daphnia , new born babies are very large at Birth, Brood size are very small Usually less than 9 fry Gastration period 6 to 8 weeks ,

Wow ! Halfbeaks ! There’s a fish that nobody sees every day . I haven’t heard mention of them in years . Great pictures and so good to see .

They have a nice large bodysize.
