I have a Fluval spec I'm planting. What carpet plant would be suitable for this? It's a 7.6 litre and this is what it says about the lighting

LIGHTING
The Fluval Spec features a sleek, round pendant LED light, which outputs a pleasant full spectrum natural daylight, ideal for growing small plants alongside your tank inhabitants.

I want something that will cover the gravel. Something grassy. Is Riccia fluitans any good for me? I found som attached to mesh so I could place it on the bottom of the tank. But I wanted to place a coconut cave on top and that would cover a lot of it.

Well kept moss would be your best bet. Something like flame or xmas. These do well in low tech with the addition of a few ferts.
