Canister Filters

Hi,

I have an Aqua One CF1000 canister filter but i have trouble finding a local retailer who stocks the ploy pads/course pads for this specific model.

Jewel or Fluvel seem to be the most popular brands, could i use these products in my CF1000 filter as a substitute? If so, which model would be the best suited.

Any help would be appreciated.
