Just earlier today I noticed that my Black Ghost Knifefish was floating at the top of the aquarium, not moving. I thought it was dead until I touched it and it started moving franticly. I dont know what is wrong with it, I have had it for a couple of months now, and its only about 2 inches long. Is there anything I can do?

Sorry, cant get all of them at the moment.
Tank size: 45 gallon
pH: 7.0
ammonia:
nitrite:
nitrate:
kH:
gH:
tank temp: 78

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): floating at top of aquarium, motionless

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 10 gallons a week

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: none

Tank inhabitants: BGK, Rocket/Silver Needlenose Gar, Giant Danio(x2), plecostomus, feeder fishes

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): none

Exposure to chemicals: none

Too many feeder fishes riddled with disease?

Being bullied/outcompeted for food?

Where are your ammonia/nitrite stats?

Is the fish gasping at the surface? A classic nitrite poisoning symptom

Have you done a big (~75%) water change recently? I would start with this, it is not going to do any harm and should rule out water quality issues.

Cant get the stats right now.
Could be the feeder fish, but I keep 5 or less in the aquarium at one time and Ive never had an issue before.
It isnt gasping, its just lying motionless, as if dead.

Update:
Fish does move occasionaly, but drifts or swims aimlessly as if dissoriented, not improving any though.
In the process of changing water now.
