Can I Have Plants?

im starting up my new juwel rio 240.i just have a few questions about real plants.i have never kept them before.can i keep live plants under the juwel lights you get in the unit??they are 1 x Tube Day-Lite 38 Watt
1 x Tube Warm-Lite 38 Watt. if so which plants can i keep??
if i can have plants how do i care for them? do i feed them??

The lighting is more than sufficient for plants.

What you want to grow will determine the advice I give next.

how about java fern,java moss, and crypt ??

Java fern and anubias don't ask any requirement, they are low light plants, java moss also could work
