I have a 240L aquarium (Not my Fluval Roma) and I am wondering if I could add any more fish to it.
It currently has -
2x Lake Kutubu Rainbowfish
3x Melanotaenia Australis
9x Bristlenose Catfish (My male bred with the two females and I'm not allowed to sell the babies... :grr: )
2x Goby sp. (no idea but they're only 2")
2x Zebra Danios (The rest gradually departed..)
1x Cardinal Tetra (Same as Danios)
2x Fan Shrimp.

I was thinking some cichlids? Any ideas?

Thanks,

Some more of the Cardinals id say man. how come so little of them?

You are going to have to rehome some of the bristlenose if you want any other fish. The other thing to consider is filtration and maintanence. What does your filtration look like and what type of maintenance are you willing to do over the long run?

The Cardinal was in a group of 7 but they were old and started dying off gradually, unfortunately it's hard to find hard water cardinals so I'm afraid he's alone for now and to be honest he probably won't last much longer I'm afraid.

There's enough filtration in there for more fish but yeah the bristlenose are a problem. I would've sold them when they were small but my mum won't let me sell them. :/ I may try and see if I can sell some to my LFS but it'll be hard.
