Im planing on getting a 5 gallong is it ok to add 2 3000k spot lights from ikea the “VAXMYRA” to add up to 6000k or is that not how ot works? Does each bulb its self need to be 6000k

No it doesn't work that way. The 3000K rating (K is for Kelvin) is the temperature of the globe and does not change. 3000K globes have a lot of yellow and red light but not much blue.

Natural sunlight has a Kelvin rating between 5500-6500K and has red, yellow, green, blue and ultra violet light in it.

Ultra violet (UV) sterilisers have lots of UV light and a Kelvin rating around 10,000K.

You want globes with a 6500K rating for best results.
