So, I am at College in Huntington, Indiana and we went on a hike through some woods and found a few waterfalls. I managed to catch a little frog, probably about the size of a quarter, in a little stream so I brought him back, threw him in a big container with rocks and a filter as my dorm pet (sold all of my fish before college =( ). So, I have a picture attached and was wondering if someone here could ID it. If it turns out to be something such as a bull frog (I don't think it is), or something that I can' feasibly keep, I will let him go at the lake on campus. Can someone please help me out?

Thank's in advance!

Anyone? I need to know if this guy is suitable for my room. If not, I will release him by the lake, and take the equipment i bought, back. This is the closest I have come to Id-ing him:

He has the same to cream colored lines, but not the intense coloring.

You can defiantly keep it. It won't get to big. I think it might be a Green Frog, as they can come in many different colors and shades, but I'm not positive.

Found out that I can't keep frogs on my floor, only fish. So I let him go in the lake (shallow part, so he wasn't eaten by the bluegill ect) and returned everything, bought a 10g tank ect. went and bought a male convict (female soon, don't plan on keeping babies), and some gravel from that tank to precycle mine.
