Why not just pull it out and put it in a jar for better IDs :p Anything that I didn't put in the tank normally something you don't want.
 
Because as you can see in the video any disturbance and it jets back into the sand.
This tank has been established for atleast 5yrs and this is the first time I've seen them.
 
Interesting, I have no idea on a ID looking at the video. Never see it before. It's too fast...
 
Could be the nose of a peanut worm. If so, they are beneficial detritus eaters. Does it have tiny little hairs on the end? 
 
hmm, i cant really tell. it kind of resembles a Sipunculid worm, but im guessing off doing a google search.
 
Not sure at all but it certainly resembles the planaria worm found in some freshwater setups.

But its a marine tank :p
 
I actually thought it was a loach at first then i read it was a sw tank lol
 
I may be too late, but if you dig a large net underneath the worm you could catch it.
