Camallanus in guppies

I have several adult guppies with Camallanus worms and have been treating with Jungle Parasite medication - the fizzing tablets. The directions say you can do 3 treatments. I've done 2 and still see the worms. Any recommendations? Should I try something else or continue with this med?
