hi im new to planted tanks

basicaly i have a 4ft aquarium 275litres(61 uk gallons (i think) which im goin to turn into a planted aquarium.

i have just bought a background

the design in my head of how i want it to look its just im not to sure which c02 system to get

i have been looking at getting 2 Hydor CO2 Green NRG Natural System

are thbey any good? does anyone know what size tank they can manage? opps just relised it says

personally I think these already made co2 systems are garbage.. and for the price of them its not worth it at all. You can make a DIY system with like.. 20 bucks easily and don't require expensive refill packages. If your interested there are many manuals out there and I can point you in the right direction. Also feel free to ask any questions about them, myself and others can give you answers

im new so i wanted to buy something so that i dont screw anything up. i also want to do it once and do it correctly (i thats possable and somethnig reliable so i can leave it for 3 week if need be.

with the system i showed do you need any c02 bottles or just the powder stuff?

with the system you have showed me the only thing your going to need are the refills. and apparently it comes with 3 refills so you are good to go for a while. this is something you are going to be able to get up and running within a few minutes.
