Bully Angelfish?

I bought 2 little koi angelfish today and i see one of them is bullying the other. It's chasing it as soon as it comes near it. Is it just playing or is it really being agressive??

Angels can be quite aggressive, I doubt it's playing. Really the only way to keep angels in groups of 6+, mated pairs or single specimens.

Its even trying to attack my kuhli loaches now. What should i do?? It's night i can't even return it and ive got no other tank???
