my black finned and neon tetras have some overgrown/protruding stomach issues(issues as i dont know what is going on)

a couple weeks ago one of my neons laid eggs(rainbow neons) but that was when i noticed the small white eggs at the bottom of my tank.

But now both my black finned tetras and neon tetras have the same thing.

are they pregnant again? or is this something else as i havent seen my blackfinned tetra(only 1) have the belly until today
