Bubbles

Is too much bubbles a bad thing? I have a visi-jet protein skimmer and it constently spits out tiny bubbles..Then my power head blows them around the tank and my clowns don't really like going near it..I have had this problem before with a power head when I had an airated tube coming out and producing massive amounts or bubbles. And my fish would stay away from that area. So are they a bad thing or should I just forget about it?

yeah anyone? i just added a fluval filter with air tube for bubble, cause i thought the tank needed more airation, and now my puffer won't swim near the current, and before he's stay for hour next to the water comming out of the 2 box filters on the aquarium.
