USA,
well last night my buble want stopped producing surce agitation. The air pump still works, but the wand doesnt. None of the fish died, but the female betta really got at them, i suppose thinking they were dead. So how do I fix the wand so it still makes the bubbles?

Bubble wands/disks/curtains/whatever usually get clogged over a long period of time. Try blowing into the airline tubing your self to see if you can break loose some of the gunk, and if not try rinsing it with hot water(no soap or cleaners). if it doesn't work after that you should go back to the store and buy a new one ( they're only a dollar or two if I remember correctly) to replace the old one. If it becomes unclogged you should buy a new one anyways and replace it as soon as possible, as it will most likely become clogged again.
Make sure your pump is working before you buy a new want though, disconnect the air line and see if it still blows air in your face (I'm guessing you might have already done that though. Also, your sure it doesn't have a leak in the airline tubing, or the wand has been disconnected?

no, the air pumb works, useing on the fry tank as i type, lol. and no break in the tubing, it produces like 1 little bubble. i havent used it in a while, but last time I did it worked fine. Would an air stone be better? I had one, but when I went to take it of the tube, it broke, lol.

i have a bubble wall in the back of my tank, and it works great
air stones are too small, and way to fragile
i tried pulling one off of some airline tubing, and it broke into two pieces :/

Since, for most tanks, these are not necessary and mostly ornamental, it really is up to you. I personally like the bubble wall along the back of my tank vs a small area of bubbles that would be produced by an air stone. So, really, it's a matter of taste and preference! I have even seen tanks that don't use either, just run the tubing under some rocks and let a lower-powered air pump create some larger bubbles in the tank, this also looked cool I thought.

Check the diaphragm inside the air pump. It'll be a black rubber plug. Check it for cracks or tears. Fish stores usually sell extra diaphragms.
