Im using an aqua mist diffuser which needs a high pressure around two bar to work.

My question is what bubble counter would be safe to run at that pressure as my plastic one just went BANG!!!

Cheers

The glass ones work fine, as long as the tubing is strong enough to keep up with the pressure.

heres a cheap one

So that should be good with high pressure ian better than plastic?

I am use a pop bottle at the mo while I await a new bubble counter. It's unsqueezable form the pressure but not popping.

I don't agree with the 'high bar' need of these diffusers. They used to say that you couldn't run a disc diffuser with a yeast setup as it couldn't push enough pressure but I used one with a single Nutrafin kit and it worked fine.

Similarly I am only pushing 1.7bar with my inline Up atomizer. this is one that people suggest needs much higher bar, yet it works fine :)

As my bubble counter is having a fun time handling the pressure (same atomizer) - I have invested in:

Have also got myself:

Should be getting them tomorrow so will happily let you know how i get on with them.
