Brown/red algae removal

Hi all,
I have been having a constant battle since I have my tank with this brownish red algae. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to remove it?

Try adjusting the lightening and the nutrients. Maintain the cleanliness of the water, the filter and the substrate. Make sure there is some water movement.

Could you post a photo of the algae and give details of the tank, the lighting, any fertilisers, and your maintenance routine?
