Broken Filter Help

Hi

Hoping someone can advise please! I have managed to smash my new Eheim filter housing this morning Doh!!!! After several hours on line I have found a replacement but it will take a few days to arrive. I have a 120l tank with 6 platy, 10 neon tetra & 1 small plec. I did a 20% water changed before mullering my filter, how long will the tank last without running a filter in it? Would it help to run an airline through the tank in the meantime? Really worried.....

its not the end of the world, just change a decent amount of water everyday until it turns up

Thank you for responding so quickly, I'm so worried. The reason I was faffing about in the first place is that i think the fish are sick with Ich or velvet. Not sure which as the fish aren't showing any spots yet but seem really itchy. So my tank is pumped full of medicine as well!!!!
