Bristlenose Lumps down left of body.

Hi, My 8 year old Male has recently developed lumps down the left hand side of his body. Seems like maybe a tumor.
Should I separate him from the others or will be fine keeping him as is. He does not seem stressed in any way. gets around like normal and has no issue feeding etc. Just dont want to take him away from the female as they are always together.
