Bristlenose growing hump

Hello all, I have been searching for a possible reason for my female bristlenose having a slowly growing hump on her left side belly. Also she have became thinner lately. Anyone know what this might be and if there is a way to treat it? greatful for all answers and theorizes!

Probably a tumour or cysts growing in her. There's no treatment and when the fish stops eating or has trouble swimming, you euthanise it.
