How difficult would this be? I am up for the challenge of keeping their water parameters perfect and stuff. Im trying to find a way to cash in on the fish/aquatic plant business because its one of my favorite hobbies/pastimes, and I heard that the Discus is a very profitable fish to breed. Anyone got a site or some info? How tough would these be to ship, considering they have to have perfect water parameters? Thanks in advance!

Oh yeah I saw a website somewhere that said breeding Siamese Algae Eaters was fairly profitable too and there were alot of breeders trying this out. How difficult would this be, and would it really make much money? Thanks again.

discuss are very fussy. require daily water changes. alot of the discuss tanks are barebottom and devoid of any type of decor so as not to contaminate the water. it can be profitable but is alot more work than the cichlids. there is a breeder here in michigan by the name of cary gold that is very helpful. let me see if i can find his email address and get him to visit and answer any questions.
