Bought a new light

Hello I have recently bought a Dsunny a6 light off my friend can someone please have a look into this for me as I cannot seem to get my head around whether or not this will do the job for my 105 litre, I'm planning on fully planting it, and if anyone can tell me how long the lights should be on and what ones I'd really appreciate it.
