I was wondering if a bottom feeder would survive in a tank with peacocks?? Anyone have a tank with one? How does it do?

Peacock what? Cichlids, gudgeons, ect?

If you are talking about Peacock cichlids (Aulonocara species), then yes you can put catfish with them. Look for Synodontis multipunctatus or S. petricola. These come from Lake Tanganyika and will happily live with peacock cichlids.
