but i would like to know if they are male/female

Both male from what I can tell, but there are much better ram sexers here than me.

In that size tank, you shouldnt have a problem, each will no doubt claim their own area and leave each other alone aside from the odd chase now and again.

male and female doesnt necessarily guarantee a pair

yeah i just got the yesterday and they already are eating
they stick together alot
and get chased by the pleco

but i think it improves the chances

These fish are so hard to sex and thoes photos don't show enough detail. My guess last photo female. 2nd male. The other 2 I can't tell.

The more photos you look at of male and females will be your best way to sex them. I have 2 males I thought one was female when I got it now I don't know. I think I have 2 males they get along. A little showing off .
