Bolivian Rams And Tetras?

would anyone please be able to tell me whether a pair of bolivian rams, and neon tetras are compatable?
i haev a 95 litre tank and was recommended Bolivian Rams as they are absolutely beautiful and very interesting to keep, but i would also like something to add a little colour to the tank, like neon tetras, or something along those lines
any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
also, when looking in my supposedly empty tank 3 days ago, i spotted some TINY golden snails! they are now growing fast, and i guess the eggs must have come in on a plant i bought about a month ago, so the question is, are they apple snails!?

I have a ram with neons and they are fine...i even have red shrimp in there and the ram doesnt fuss with it at all..the neons though like to follow it around when it swims out in the open...every fish is dfferent but i cant see you having a problem.

brilliant thankyou also, does anyone know whether Nutrafin Cycle is a good supplement for fish tanks?
Im trying to make sure that all of the levels in my tank are perfect, and Nutrafin Cycle is apparently very good and allows quicker introduction of fish ... does anyone have any experience of this product?

Is your tank fully cycled? If so, how long for?
As you`re asking about Nutrafin Cycle I`m guessing it`s not a fully cycled tank?

im just waiting for my new test kit to come through in the post, but due to all the snow i think it's been delayed! there are no fish in the tank and i've just left it running, im not really sure which measures to take until i cant test the water!
so i guess i'll have to wait till then
