Hey everyone please help me identify the sickness of my blue gourami if any?!

I have a 20 gal tank
temp pf 79 degrees
I have tested my water in two different fish stores and both said My ammonia level is noraml.
I had the tank for 1 year so the water is stable.
I always use a neutralizing substance when doing a water change.

My Gourami has redness on its gills=(
She also comes up for air on the surface of water
She does not have a loss of appetite since she eats like crazy!
Sometimes it's there and then in other times it's not present.
I feed my fish every other day because i want to reduce unwanted snails form tank.
Here is a video of my tank if that helps:(
Please help me solve this mystery illness?=(

Buy some liquid test kits of your own.
Do the lfs use liquid test kits or test strip cards when they test your water.
Is there enough aeration in the tank.

Red inflamed gills can be bad water quality, gill flukes, bacterial gillrot.

Signs of fluke are.
Pale gills with excess mucas.
Red inflamed gills, or gills look like there bleeding.
Flicking and rubbing, darting, erratic swimming.
Laboured breathing, or gasping as surface of tank.
Sores on body of fish.
Soemtimes fish will swim in a jerky movement.
Spitting food out.
Weightloss sometimes.
Opaque body with excess slime.

What in the test kit.
The api product that not that good is the nitrate liquid test kit. Its not that accurate.
Tetra a better brand for nitrate.
