Blue Acara

Hi,
I spoke to my local Lfs yesterday and told me he has 4 blue acara's left BUT he was unsure what sex they are due to being very young. Would it be ok to purchase all 4 and house them in my roma 240 or could i be asking for trouble later on?

depending on your current stocking , it shouldnt be a problem getting the group and moving on the unwanted ones when if / when they pair up and grow

hmmm yes and no, they will pair and breed at about 2" and they get very aggressive when spawning which could cause you problems unless you re-home the others quick.

Just started my qualifying week in my fishless cycle, so have no stock yet.
