Blood parrot ill???

had a blood parrot for 2 weeks now, hes been fine. but the last couple of days. hes just burries himself in the sand and dont seem very active. he also has a couple of black marks on his body...

any ideas please?? ive done a few water changes. checked the temp and everything seems fine.

If your water quality is ok, your water temp is within the range recomended for the fish, then may be {just a shot in the dark here] he has been frightened, could someone have knocked his tank? this can cause fish to go into shock. is he being bullied by a tank mate? I would test my water, check the heat, turn off his lights and maybe add a general tonic or melafix. hope he feels better soon, keep us posted .
