I have 3 large blood parrot cichlids - The largest of the 3, "Captain Morgan",
has a spot of white resembling salt (possibly ich) growing out of what I would describe as a nostril. He also had a bump on his head above the eyes and looks like he may be sprouting a horn (or a giant pimple) I am treating the tank for ich, but I am more worried about the bump.
I can't seem to find anything resembling this in the fish care books. Can you help?
