Bloated Rosey Barb

Any idea what's wrong with this Rosey Barb. It isn't eating. It's swimming normally and I've tried feeding peas.

Are its scales sticking out?

That looks horrible.

If the scales are sticking out it is dropsy, which is hard to treat once a fish reaches this state.
Or it could be a tumour, or maybe full of parasitic worms,though in this case I'd expect more fish to show symptoms.


Does the fish still swim around, and eat as normal?

Swims around normally but isn't eating
