Bloated African Dwarf Frog

Hey guys. I have four African dwarf frogs in a 36 gallon tank. One of my frogs is way bigger than the others, I think he is bloated.
I have other frogs and they are fine. He has been like this for about two weeks. You can see in the second picture him in comparison to my other frog.

It might just be the photos but I think you just have a maturing female in a bunch of either males or males and juvie females. Can you post a picture of the frog so her rump is visible?

Does this frog have the males gland under the armpit?

Females are sometimes 200% fatter than the males if they are holding eggs
