I have a 36gal bow front that has been established for about 8-9 months so still new to fish. I have 5 platy, 2 sword, 2 black molly, 1 dwarf gourami and 5 tiny tetra fish (not sure what they are but about 1/2 inch long). My black molly I have had from a fry & as it has gotten bigger have noticed it has 1 bright blue eye. Is this some kind of birth defect or something wrong with her? i am in an area where we have hard water. PH is 8.2 (ranges 8-8.2 since have had tank), ammonia is 0, nitrites are 0 & nitrates are 10.

need a better picture, preferably one that is the right way round.

if the fish is eating well and has the blue eye since birth, it is nothing toworry about. if the eye went blue overnight, then it might be an issue.
