Hello I think my betta might’ve accidentally ripped her fin. She likes to push herself between the plants in my tank and I wonder if she might’ve injured her fin doing that. Should I just leave it alone? Thanks :)

Just keep your water extremely clean and it will be fine. :)

Agreed, just a rip. Large daily water changes should clear that up quickly. :)

Also consider replacing the fake plants and any decor with sharp edges. Live plants are good for the tank, and won't tear bettas fins. Fake plants are best avoided with bettas, and particularly since she has a habit of pushing herself into them, it's likely to keep happening if the fake plants stay. Apart from not looking too great, tears in the fins also leave the fish vulnerable to bacterial or fungal infections, or fin rot, so it's worth switching them out to try to avoid her repeating it.

Fresh clean water and frequent water changes is definitely the best medicine though :) Hope she regrows the fin fast, she's gorgeous! I love that metallic body colour with the copper fins.
