Im going to start a betta tank is there anything missing?
Tank w/heater and filter.
Test kits (Amonia, nitrite etc.)
Substrate (Glass nuggets)
Fake plants.
Water conditioner.
Gravel siphon.
Algae scraper.

And if you are just starting off - a net & some fish food !!

I would also recommend live plants, perhaps java moss?
