Betta prolapse - help

As the title says, I noticed my Betta has red/pink extrusion from belly. Started yesterday. Don't know what to do

Hi and welcome to the forum

He has pushed part of his intestine out of his bum and there isn't much you can do. Don't feed him for a couple of days and make sure the water is clean and hopefully it will go back in by itself.
