Betta laying at bottom of tank

seems like all of my bettas weā€™re doing really well and then a few started to act funny. All of my tanks are cycled and get water changes weekly and water tested every other day.
For the last two days, Saturn has been laying at the bottom of the tank in this same spot which is where heā€™s always slept. Ammonia and nitrite are at 0 and nitrate is 0 because I just did the weekly water change but itā€™s usually about 10 or below. No other symptoms. Heā€™ll come out Like three times a day to swim around but then majority of the day is in this same spot. Maybe heā€™s just tired?... no scratching himself on plants, no white spots, not breathing hard. He eats as usual. Fins arenā€™t clamped. Just tired

You said in your other thread that you keep your water at 75 degrees, which is too cold. Raise his temperature and see if he perks up.
