Hello, I am making an aquarium which is about at a minimum 7,6 gallon. I am unsure if a betta can be in this tank as it is long but have a low water-level ca. 4,4 inches.

That sounds an interesting shaped tank.

My concern with just 4.4 inches deep is can you find a filter that will work in such shallow water? If you can, there should be no problem for a betta in that depth. If you could increase the depth to 6 inches, it would be better.

I have two smaler filsters in both ends, they filter 2,6 gallon each and a lot of plants. So i don't think filsters is a problem

Yes, that tank should be fine. Bettas' natural habitat are shallow rice paddies so this would actually be ideal (at least compared to the other extreme of having an relatively deep tank)
