This is a fish-cycle, the pH is exactly the same as non-treated tap water, 8.

I did a complete water change yest and took out the gravel, replaced with sand substrate.
 
OK (came here from your other -fishless- cycle) it looks like your substrate changing process also helped you get the ammonia and nitrite down to zero for the weekend. You'll now need to monitor it and establish a pattern of water changing that keeps the ammonia and nitrite(NO2) below 0.25ppm on an ongoing basis through the fish-in cycling (takes a month or so usually.)
