I was wondering which of these three (or any other you reccomend) is best for routine water changes, especially for bettas? I have API Stress coat, Topfin Betta Water Conditioner, and Tetra AquaSafe Plus.

I'd think any of those would be fine, though another popular one is Prime. It's a little pricier but much more concentrated.

I don't think specific fish need any specific dechlorinators.

Seachem Prime is the best all-around water stabilizer and used by most of us who have been doing this a while.

Seachem Prime sounds great. If I were to switch water conditioners, is there a specific way of going about it? Like do you have to o 50% old 50% new? Or do you just go all new?

I just switched completely over when I made the switch. Don't think it'll bother the fish :)

+1 I switched, economical as you need less, sticks though!

That is the honest truth!  Was quite surprised the first time I used it when I was assaulted by the smell.  LOL  I love the stuff though and prefer using it to anything else.
