this person is selling some for 39 pound but don't know if two get a ball lol ( because i do not know what it is )

Probably not aquatic, look at the image you supplied, it's not in water.

It looks like somebody has shaped a normal moss ball somehow. Maybe they tied thread around it to grow like that? I've never seen this plant before, and it doesn't look to have grown like that naturally so I wouldn't buy it.

I may be wrong, but that's just my thoughts.

Looks like a green brain. Not sure I'd want it in my tank and definitely not for £39.
