Best/cheapest Way To Make A Background?

Hello,
Seen this a few times but would love to make my own background for my 4foot tank for my cichlids. Want it to be a rock theme but cant use real rocks as would be to heavy
So wondering whats the best and cheapest way of doing it any how to make threads around?

wow great link, do you know where you can get polysterine like that here in the UK? and also where I will be able to get the cement mix?

To be honest I don't know, a craft store like HobbyCraft or Baker Ross or maybe diy places B&Q, Homebase etc might be worth a try. If you have a decent lfs you could ask there

ah yeh that's true, got a 4foot tank for my cichlids and they all seem happy but would love to make it look good and have it looking nice and clean
 
Thanks ill do some shopping this weekend, need some sealant as well by the looks of it will have to do some research on that.
