I went to a fish auction 2 days ago, and won an albino cory (for a buck). The fins are badly torn, but the fish seems fine and is eating. (Although he looks a bit awkward moving since his pectoral fins are almost gone) I seperated him to a 5 gallon tank. Is there anything I should add to help the cory's fins growing back?

Plenty of fresh water, daily 50% water changes for about a week.

It sure would be ok. I've healed some pretty torn up angels with just water changes, the more the better as long as you match the temperature within reason.

I just wanted to update, but the dorsal and tail fins are all healed up and the Pectorals and Pelvic fins are starting to grow (Although they are still only stubs.). Also, I ended up moving one more Albino Cory to keep him company. The two of them ended up spawning.
