after I cleaned my tank last week, 10% water change, this brown Alge has started to appear really quickly??
What do I do?

In newer tanks it's common for the brown algae to start growing. It's completely natural and harmless. I would buy couple nerite snails to eat it. Also, adding live plants will starve the algae of nutrients = next to zero brown algae.
 
As said, this happens in newer tanks. I've spent the morning wiping it off the inside of my livebearer tank after it went through a mini cycle.
Wipe it off gently and keep an eye to see if it comes back, if so it could be an organics imbalance
