Been Advised To Leave Tank Lights Off For 3 Days What About My Plants?

My Betta is stressed and I have been advised to leave his lights off for 3 days. I planted the tank today with Java Fren, Java Moss and Spikey Moss. If I leave the lights off for the 3 days will it ruin the plants?

The plants will be fine marie. There should be plenty of natural light to keep things ticking over quite nicely.
