Barbs Stocking?

We have decided that we like the look of Tiger Barbs and Green Tiger Barbs for our 25 litre tank would this tank be ok with 4 of each in it?
It has 2 live plants in it, 1 fake plant and a largeish fake log.
The temp at minute in tank is sitting nicely at 74f..........consistent for last 4 days and all tests at min are stable within parameters as far as I can see.......

Hmm read 2 different reviews on these now and one says kept in a small group are ok in tank of 10 gallon another says minimum of 30 gallon???

I have had tiger barbs for many years, and they grow far too big for a 25l tank.
 
Don't forget that the fish you see in the shop are nearly always juveniles; some have a lot of growing to do!
