Hi, So I have been having a problem with stringy algie and in the process of getting some siamese algie eaters as from what I understand that these fish eat all different algie that other fish will not. But I woke today to find a dead guppy and thought I would check the waters all is good as the other fish look healthy and I have had the guppys for nearlly 2 years. I noticed that alot of the plants had the stringy algie so decided to prune. I removed nearlly all the plant and then went to remove the bogwood with plants and noticed that my banjo was not there. This is where he lives during the day. I am wondering if he could of died and the bristle nose and plec finished him of. I do know that these fish are hard to find and will check tonight when lights go out. The only other place to go is the cave but its to open really for him and I have checked but no luck. Your thoughts would be a great help.
