Balloon Mollies

I bought one black and one white balloon molly about a month ago, and they're real characters in my tank. I read recently that they suffer problems of disease much easier than other mollie though. Has anyone heard anything about this, or had problems with balloon mollies?

i have had balloon mollies for about 8 months now and havent had one problem, i even have a bunch of babies now. i have a planted tank and they love it.

i have a pair for a little over a week and have had no problems except a little stress stress coat solved that problem and the female gave birth about 5 days ago

i lost a female balloon during birth unforunatley but havent had any probs other than that, but i agree they have such little characters mine are very funny always up to summin or another the little things

p.s do balloon molly fry look different to guppy fry

I am not sure but I think they tend to be bigger
