Ballon belly ram fin rot?

Hello I was hoping someone could help me i just noticed that the tail fin of one of my ballon rams is ripped to shreads im wondering if its fin rot or what it could be. I checked my water levels today. Ammonia=0, nitrite=0, nitarte=5 water temp is 78.8. Tank mates 9 corys, 1 bristled nose pleco, 6 tetras, 1 guarmi and one porthole catfish. My tanks is a 65 gallon. What kind of tetras? It looks more like it’s been picked on than fin rot in my opinion?

I am not sure what type that is, but I am sure another, more experienced member than me will be around soon To tell you! How long has the tank been setup? What does your water change schedule look like?

I appreciate your input, tank has been setup about 3 months now, water change every week
