If Iā€™m not wrong itā€™s a bacterial infection? If so, whatā€™s the best medication I can use? Iā€™ll be doing a water change too and putting her into a quarantine tank. Would really appreciate some advice

The scales on the side of the body look more like excess mucous.

The fish has a sinus infection that could be caused by bacteria, protozoa or a virus.

------------
Wipe the inside of the glass down with a clean fish sponge.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for 2 weeks.
Make sure nay new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Add 2 heaped tablespoons of rock salt for every 20 litres of tank water. Keep the salt in there for 2-4 weeks. When you do the water changes, add salt to the new water before adding it to the tank so the salinity (salt level) in the tank remains stable.
